PTC Program - Union Pacific

PTC Program was the integration of scheduling all projects, activities, and resources throughout IT , Mechanical- locomotives, signals, and other departments throughout UPRR. With larger detail and complexity Resource and roles with costing was managed within the Back Office IT $1.2 BB Program with 1K FTEs. This included direct leadership as the Project Manager for the P6 Implementation in UPRR.
Pole Replacement / Project Controls

Developed a key template for a pole replacement unit and leveraged it to establish resource backed multiple year portfolio assignment of 10K + Poles. Established and updated quarterly an execution plan that accounted for regional resource and vendor capacities, calendar black outs, fire season mitigations, and criticality prioritizations.

Essentially develop the type and quality of information consumed from the user up to Senior Management. Provide validated reliable information that provides clear and quality decisions, specific enough to implement and fully permeate from decision to execution.

Assure the continued integrity, definition, and validity of information (Resource Groups, Cost Type, Timeframes, etc) throughout the flow into and from all Enterprise Systems.
